Director
With over 25 years in the recruitment industry, Anton has honed his expertise, particularly in construction recruitment. His journey is fuelled by passion for the sector, stressing the importance of building strong, lasting connections between talent and opportunities.
Dylan Cooper
Director
Dylan Cooper has been in the recruitment industry for over 23 years. In 2003 he became director of an independent single sector agency, that grew into a multisector and regional business achieving a 16-million-pound turnover up to its sale in 2016. Dylan is a hands-on director with a service first philosophy in both peel construction and the group leader Peel Solutions.
Andy Smith
Director
Andy Smith is a retired Detective Superintendent after serving 25 years in Cheshire police. Andy is sure to build great connections with both candidates and clients. Some of the skills that he brings from his time in the force are honesty, integrity, resilience, and Interpersonal communication.
Olivia Mason
Delivery cONSULTANT
Olivia has been in the Recruitment industry for a number of years. Her areas of expertise include talent sourcing, candidate assessment, and building strong client relationships. Nina Walker has been in the marketing sector for over 11 years, 6 of those years exclusively in recruitment. Her areas of expertise include content marketing, personal branding, social media just to name a few. These focuses help with our main goal – to improve the Candidate and Client experience.
Emma Conneely
HEAD OF PAYROLL AND ACCOUNTS
Emma Conneely has worked in accounting for her whole working life. Starting off in admin she has worked her way up through the ranks to Head of payroll and Accounts. With 11 years experience in the field, Emma is well aware of the problems that could arise in recruitment payroll and she tackles these head first before it can happen.

Rachael Keoghan is in charge of candidate care and compliance. She set the bar high for herself with her 100% external audit achievements. The records show that Rachael is aware of the documents and processes needed to make candidates fully compliant.
